STENHOJ MAJOR ATL and MOT LIFTS

Stenhoj's MAJOR range of 4 post electro-hydraulic lifts are CE approved and feature robust recessed turn plates, this top quality Danish product will give years of service. The Stenhoj Play Detector is recognised to be one of the best units on the market, it is approved for Class 4 and 7 testing for lift and pit applications. The play detector is pneumatically operated, and has been installed by the Swedish Inspectorate at over 600 sites.

The following optional extras are available;
Lighting sets, scissor jacks, drive-on/off ramps, extended drive-on ramps, drive over ramps, cover plates for B/C versions.

Standard colours are red and white although special colour combinations are available on request. All Stenhoj lifts pass through a sling purifying plant, dipped in primer, and finally led through an electro-static powder bake plant.

Close up of the Stenhoj Play detector. Recognised as one of the best on the market, it is approved for class 4 & 7 testing for lift and pit applications. The play detector is pneumatically operated, and has been installed by the Swedish Vehicle Inspectorate at over 600 sites. A handlamp in a toughened rubber casing is used to operate the play detector both laterally and rotationally.

Litecheck2 Headlight tester. This unit is approved for Class 4 and 7 testing, and is supplied with 3 metre rails. Additional lenghths of rails are available in 1.5m sections. The unit is also available with a laser for easy vehicle alignment.

BM AUTOTEKNIK Brake Testers

Stenhoj ATL lanes are supplied with BM brake testers. BM is one of the leading manufacturers of brake testers in the world, and provides hi-tech equipment for all classes. All the latest ATL equipment is controlled by the PDA and the PC on the Omitec analyser, and can be used for the BM Flexcheck software programme or, alternatively, on a seperate PC. VOSA and GEA engineers visisted the BM factory to gain approval for their ATL brake testers. These computerised brake testers automatically guide the operator through the test and, using the weigh scales, calculate brake efficiency and print test results.

Traditional analogue Class 4 and 7 brake testers are also available using infared with the BM7010 Class 4 version, making them a very suitable replacement for Crypton 660 and Kismet KBT1300 brake testers with the retrofit frames that are available.

The BM ATL brake testers can be supplied with the Omitec analyser to save costs if purchasing the complete lane with an Emissions tester.

GAS and SMOKE EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT

All equipment is fully approved for Class 4 and 7 MOT testing to the latest VOSA specifications. A wide range of accessories is available for the Crypton and Omitec emissions units including trolley covers, wireless control, RPM adaptors and probe kits for trucks.

OM2500/COM Omitec

OmiEmissioncentre combined gas and smoke analyser, this fully intergrated, PC based equipment offers smoke and gas testing for both vehicle workshops and MOT testing stations. It features the very latest Omigas and Omismoke Emissions testers, operating on windows XP software.
The equipment meets all current V.I specifications including the smoke FAS test, Basic emissions test (BET) and Gas computerised testing programe.

Crypton DSP700 Smokemeter

This model is available with a 10m cabled digital smokemeter or with wireless digital smokehead. Both of these models are VOSA approved and cater for all diesel vehicles, Cars, Vans, Trucks, Buses, plus light and heavy plant machinery with sampling pipe options to suit different exhaust types.
The robust smoke head is easy to handle, well balanced, and weatherproof and has a low warm up time with accurate measurement to -15c. The DSP700 smokemeter is primarily designed for the UK Mot test and includes the new HGV Reduced Pollution Certificate Test (RPC) enabling fleet operators to reduce running costs.
